1. Deposit Policy
- The registration deposit is non-refundable.
- It secures your seat in the course.
2. Student Cancellation
If a student cancels:
- More than 30 days before course start → Remaining balance refundable (excluding deposit)
- Less than 30 days → No refund of course fee
- No-show → No refund
3. Medical Emergencies
In documented medical emergencies:
- Students may transfer their deposit to a future batch (valid for 12 months).
4. Course Postponement by School
If the school cancels/postpones:
- Full refund OR
- Transfer to next available batch
School is not responsible for travel expenses.
5. Early Departure
No refund will be provided for:
Incomplete attendance
Voluntary withdrawal
Rule violations
