Certification is granted only upon:
- Full attendance
- Successful completion of course requirements
- Faculty approval
Certification is not guaranteed by enrollment alone.
5. Payments
All payments must be completed before course commencement unless otherwise agreed.
Additional expenses (visa, travel, insurance) are the student’s responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
School of Hatha Yoga shall not be liable for:
- Travel disruptions
- Visa rejection
- Personal injury (see Liability Waiver)
- Loss of personal belongings

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
